3 Days of Learning & Collaboration
Silicon Valley | Santa Clara, CA
The Challenges:
The vision was to convene a diverse community of technologists, ministry leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, and innovators around a shared question:
How can artificial intelligence be stewarded in ways that advance human flourishing and the mission of God?
The challenge was creating an environment credible enough for Silicon Valley leaders while remaining accessible and engaging for ministry practitioners, nonprofit leaders, and faith-based innovators.
The experience needed to inspire thoughtful conversation, encourage collaboration, and reinforce the significance of the ideas being explored.
Velocity’s Solution
The production design centered on a custom scenic environment featuring large-format LED displays, dynamic content integration, and a modern visual identity that reflected the event's innovative nature.
General sessions were designed to support keynote presentations, panel discussions, and collaborative learning experiences while fostering an atmosphere of connection and engagement.
The result was a space where complex conversations felt accessible, meaningful, and actionable.
Through Experience Storytelling™ — Velocity's proprietary approach to live event production — every technical and creative decision was made in service of the conversation Missional AI was trying to create.
